Frequently Asked Questions:

1.         Where do your live in caregiver candidates come from?

Most of our live in nanny candidates are Filipinos working in Hong Kong and Taiwan as live in caregivers and domestic helpers. These are very well experienced and professional caregivers.

We also have caregiver candidates like nurses, physical therapist  coming from Asia Pacific, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel,  who can care for elderly or people with special needs.

2.        How do you select your caregivers?

Most of our candidates are personally interviewed by one of our consultants who travel overseas. One on one interview is done to gauge the caregiver skill set in taking care of children or elderly. References are personally checked and employment history and job duties are verified. Medical check and police clearance is also performed.

Best Care Canada Inc. also processes the application of the caregiver for work permit overseas ensuring that all government paperwork is done accurately.
